The City of Scott City would like to take time to wish our residents and our entire community a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. It has been quite challenging year to say the least and we are truly thankful to everyone who was patient with us and continued to support our local business and help each other during this time. In the spirit of Christmas, we can not begin to give enough thanks for the amazing gift of giving our community has. We were able to support families with food baskets, have a mazing Halloween event and Christmas Parade and host our very first annual fishing and archery derby. The community support has been astounding and we can not wait for the new year to see how many more amazing things we can do. The city of Scott City is growing but continues to maintain its hometown feel and very rarely do you run into a stranger. Again we thank you all so much for the blessings you all have brought to our city.
