|Recurring Event (See all)

An event every week that begins at 11:00 am on Friday, repeating until August 13, 2021

1513 Main Street
Scott City, MO

The Railroad Markets mission is to provide a venue where local area farmers, producers, crafters, and artisans can come together to provide a variety of fresh produce, craft, and related products directly to our residents and visitors. We are working hard to bring new and exciting events to our community, and we are hoping you could be a part of this exciting new chapter for our town.

The Railroad Market will be held every Friday from 11pm-4pm beginning May 21, 2021-August 13, 2021. The market will be on a paved parking lot at 1513 Main Street. This location is conveniently located on Main Street and serves as a main traffic thoroughfare. Scott City is home to approximately 4,500 residents and closely located next to some big towns and
cities such as Kelso, Benton, Cape Girardeau, Jackson, and Sikeston. We are hoping that market attendance will be high given the large number of potential market customers and the convenient and highly visible location of the market.

Vendors that are interested in selling at the City of Scott City Railroad Market are encouraged to complete and submit the attached application. The cost for vendors for each 15′ x 15′ space is $10.00 per day or $50.00 per season. We do require vendors to pay for their spots up front along with their applications in order to hold their spots. Our farmers market will hold 26 vendors with the option of holding more vendors in the future. We do have limited spots available for those who need electric hook up.
