Come to City Hall for your FREE permit. Scott City Residents Only. This permit allows you to drop off one truck load of bulk items on November 4th and 5th at our Public Works location. Reminder: We do not accept construction debris or car tires. Have more than one truck load? No problem!!! We charge $25.00 per truck load or $50.00 for a 16ft trailer load. You must buy your extra permits with City Hall before dropping off items.
